Ninjas in Pyjamas has announced the acquisition of German rifler Karim "Krimbo" Moussa on loan from BIG, where he had been benched since October 2025.
Krimbo will also take over the reins of in-game leadership, as he is stepping into the roster spot left open when veteran IGL Marco "Snappi" Pfeiffer was moved to the bench.
During his near year-long time on BIG's bench, Krimbo played only three matches in a short stint as a stand-in for Liquid at IEM Kraków 2026 Stage 1, where he beat the team he's joining on loan before being knocked out of the tournament following losses to G2 and FUT.
Krimbo came up through the BIG academy system in March 2022 and remained with the German team until his benching in October 2025. During his tenure, he posted a 1.10 rating and attended three Majors between 2022 and 2024, reaching the Legends stage all three times.
This is the second move Ninjas in Pyjamas has made since the start of the summer, as Artem "cairne" Mushynskyi was transferred to fnatic with Roman "n0te" Hamze coming up from the academy as a stand-in.
Ninjas in Pyjamas have been struggling to break through into the tier-one circuit in 2026, remaining under the top-20 threshold on the VRS and largely fighting at tier-two events to improve their place in the ranking while falling early at the MVP-caliber events they do reach.
