Nemiga have secured the WINLINE MPKBK CIS LAN Season 7 title with a 3-1 win over Nemesis in the grand final.
Aleksandr "KaiR0N-" Anashkin and company started their playoff campaign against BET-M in the quarterfinals, dispatching them in a three-map series that ended in quadruple overtime on Anubis.
CYBERSHOKE were next to fall thanks to Daniel "syph0" Ageyev and KaiR0N- putting up 1.34 ratings against the Daniil "alpha" Demin-led squad, meaning a best-of-five title showdown against Nemesis.
Nemiga won the first two maps comfortably to take a sizable lead, but lost in overtime on Cache before closing out Dust2 in another extended affair.
KaiR0N- was the team's highest-rated player in the final at 1.31, but it was Beksultan "khaN" Ospan who got his team over the line with a 1.68-rated masterclass on the final map of Dust2.
The victory helped Nemiga rise 14 places in the VRS to No. 24, with their grand final opponents also rising 12 spots to No. 36.
The biggest movers of the event were FORZE Reload (+28 spots) and CYBERSHOKE (+23 spots), with a plethora of other teams securing sizable VRS hauls as well.
