9z beat TYLOO to reach XSE Pro League semi-finals

The home team at XSE Pro League, TYLOO, were eliminated in front of the Guangzhou crowd after a 2-1 series against 9z knocked them out of contention.

After their heroic efforts at the IEM Cologne Major, where they made the playoffs, 9z continue to show great form in China, having already secured a top-four finish after today's victory.

9z are now waiting to see who their semi-final rival will be as they are set to face the winner of Alliance vs. Nemesis in what could end up being a rematch from the Swiss stage if the Swedes win the quarter-final bout. It could be a dangerous one for Maximiliano "⁠max⁠" Gonzalez and his men, too, as Alliance won the group stage bout 2-0.
