PGL has revealed the opening matchups for Masters Bucharest 2026 ahead of the tournament's kick off on October 24. The 16 teams in attendance will play out a Swiss-style group stage, with eight teams progressing to a single-elimination playoff bracket.
Some of the headline matchups of the opening day will see Aurora take on The MongolZ, the latter playing their first tier one event with Yesuntumur "nin9" Gantulga among their number, and G2 face a Natus Vincere squad seeking to secure their Singapore Major berth.
Elsewhere in the event Nemiga will be hoping to continue their push for a Singapore Major spot, as a playoff berth in Bucharest would seal the deal, and many eyes will be focused on FUT as they debut with their new AWPer Álvaro "SunPayus" García.
