9z sweep PARIVISION to win XSE Pro League
The South American squad were comfortably the better side across the series, winning their first notable international LAN trophy.

9z have swept PARIVISION 3-0 to grab the XSE Pro League Guangzhou trophy, picking up their first international LAN title and the lion's share of the $1,000,000 prize pool in the process.
The victory continues an impressive recent run of form for 9z, who made the playoffs of PGL Astana in May with commanding victories over Falcons and MOUZ before going on to make the playoffs of IEM Cologne Major, by far the organization's best finish at a Major.
9z's tournament run was far from smooth sailing in China, defeats by EYEBALLERS and Alliance making for an unconvincing group stage run, but they grew into the tournament game-by-game and were ultimately comfortable winners in the grand final.
PARIVISION meanwhile can take solace from the fact they made it all the way to the final in the first tournament with their new lineup, but they were well beaten once they got there. New addition Abay "HObbit" Khassenov endured a tough series, but more surprisingly the usually consistent Dzhami "Jame" Ali was also out of sorts.
From the start of Mirage PARIVISION found themselves on the back foot, falling to a 2-6 deficit on the T side as they struggled to even find bomb plants. A resurgence late in the half brought the scoreline close, but Luciano "luchov" Herrera made all the difference once the sides switched, finding all the key frags to push his team over the line and grant them the lead in the series.
Inferno saw PARIVISION once again get off to a slow start. The Russian side lost out a quick force-buy battle at the start of their defensive half before the B bombsite found itself under heavy fire, Franco "dgt" Garcia's multi-kills leading 9z to a commanding lead.
PARIVISION found a few rounds at the end of their CT side to avoid a disastrous score and generated some momentum early on their T side, a pistol win and conversion heralding a string of rounds.
Despite the mini-comeback PARIVISION's play was laboured, and eventually multi-kill rounds by Matias "HUASOPEEK" Ibañez Hernandez and dgt righted the ship for 9z and allowed them to push through to a 2-0 series lead.
Dust2 was virtually entirely one-way traffic, in no small part thanks to the resurgence of Ignacio "meyern" Meyer. After a quite series the Argentine came alive, largely relying on rifles to help him rack up multi-kill after multi-kill and ensure 9z claimed a comfortable 3-0 victory and their first international LAN trophy.
