The penultimate round of the EWC open qualifier group stage came to an end with eight teams securing their spots in the playoffs, while eight ended their campaigns in Paris.
The biggest upset of the round came from Kristjan "fejtZ" Allsaar's Prestige, who took down Metizport in a three-map series to secure their spot in Sunday's single-elimination playoff bracket.
Elsewhere, SINNERS bounced back from a 13-0 loss to K27 in the winners match by breezing to a comfortable 2-0 over Dark Tigre, while JiJieHao overcame the new Sangal roster in a close series.
OG also advanced with a straightforward win over Vael before Phantom's win over levelONE brought the first eight groups to a close.
