Lotan "Spinx" Giladi had to wait for his first MVP but he made no mistake after smashing his way past Spirit in the BLAST Bounty final.
All three of his best maps were on Championship Sunday as MOUZ obliterated the only top ten team that qualified for the offline finals.
As a four-time Top 20 player of the year, it was about time he got his hands on an MVP and that particular career goal is now complete.
"I've been close a couple of times, so I'm happy I managed to win one [medal]," he said. "I always wanted to have just one in my career."
Next up will be proving that this level with the new MOUZ is sustainable going forward.

Ádám "torzsi" Torzsás
torzsi was under the spotlight before Bounty having averaged a 1.02 rating in the last three months of the first half of the year.
But like Spinx, a break and honeymoon with Oldřich "PR" Nový was enough to revitalize him as he stormed out the traps with a 1.48 rating online (which does not count towards his EVP) and 1.22 on LAN.
He was the clear MVP favorite before the final, with five maps at or above a 1.20 rating against 3DMAX and Astralis including a crucial 39-frag effort on Nuke against the Frenchmen.
A quiet final in terms of impact (his kill differential was still solid) gave a chance for Spinx to snatch the medal, but there is no doubt that torzsi's change of form was a crucial factor behind MOUZ's first trophy lift in 18 months.

Honorable mentions
Adrian "xelex" Vincze was next closest to an award, with four decent maps and a fantastic Mirage in the grand final, but lacked the depth to reach EVP status.
PR showed his credentials against 3DMAX and in the first two maps of the final but also failed to hurdle the high bar for a nod.
Danil "donk" Kryshkovets has two Bounty MVPs but he was not himself for too much of the semi and grand final to earn even an EVP here, throwing away his 1.76-rated start against Liquid.
Victor "Staehr" Staehr was great in back-to-back overtimes against paiN to reach the semi-final, but had a poor finish against MOUZ.
In the quarter-finals, Usukhbayar "910" Banzragch (1.20 rating) and Georgi "Jorko" Mitev (+4.37% Swing) stood out within their teams but could not get awards from a single match.
All-Star
MOUZ's canter to the trophy means a trio of their players crack the team of the event, with in-game leader Dorian "xertioN" Berman joining EVP torzsi and MVP Spinx.
That leaves no room for xelex and PR, as we already have three players from MOUZ.
donk, despite his quiet moments, was still the best opener as Staehr also had a low floor.
Anchor is the tricky one, but we have plucked for Ryan "Neityu" Aubry over Myroslav "zont1x" Plakhotia and Gytis "ryu" Glušauskas as he is the only support above 0.93 KPRW with 1.06 and overperformed his positions the most on CT side (1.08 rating, +4.04 ADR above expected).
