Italo "ksloks" Meinberg will replace Vinicius "n1ssim" Pereira on Legacy's starting lineup until the end of the year.
Earlier in 2026, n1ssim was briefly benched on Legacy as the team sought a deal for Felipe "insani" Yuji, but the anchor-lurker soon returned to the lineup and helped them win FISSURE Playground 3.
The team's results have taken a nosedive since that trophy lift, however, after Andrei "arT" Piovezan missed Pro League due to a bout of meningitis.
The reason for this second benching remains unclear at this time.
ksloks, a 21-year-old who frequently appeared on the HLTV Prospects list before graduating, has been a free agent since leaving ODDIK and was already registered by Legacy as a substitute in case arT had to miss any more matches.
He will now get his chance, as a short-term addition for the final three events of the year in what is still a top-ten team.
