ESL have announced the seeding for Pro League Season 24 ahead of their Swiss style group stage.
All 16 teams ranked their opponents in order, and the averages — with outliers excluded — are then used as the team's seed.
The beneficiaries of this approach are Vitality (#2) and Aurora (#7), who impressed at StarSeries Fall and climb two and three places, respectively.
MOUZ and 9z are the only teams to fall two places after being ranked by their peers.
The matchups, unlike at the Major where it is seed one versus seed nine, are drawn more conventionally with the top seed facing the bottom one.
That means Argentinian underdogs ShindeN will face Spirit, 1win Vitality, and so on.
