aragornN and arrozdoce return to their national scene after a stints on international rosters.
RBLS have announced the signings of Rafael "arrozdoce" Wing, António "aragornN" Barbosa and José "Shr" Gil, completing a rebuild that saw the departures of Filipe "NOPEEj" Dias and Diogo "snapy" Rodrigues and the benching of Tiago "TMKj" Martins.
"This is the biggest challenge we've taken on at RBLS within the CS2 scene, a bet on Portuguese talent that we're confident will bring us plenty of success," the team's sporting director, Carlos García, said in a statement. "The chemistry currently in the team is a solid foundation for future competitions."
The news sees aragornN return to a Portuguese roster following his stint with BC.Game, which began in January of this year after BC.Game acquired the former SAW core.
aragornN's time on BC.Game was short-lived, however, as the team struggled to post meaningful results and the rifler struggled individually, posting a 0.87 average rating during his time with the international roster.
arrozdoce is also returning to his national scene after time spent playing with international rosters, first with Ninjas in Pyjamas and then with OG. The 24-year-old struggled to live up to the form he displayed with SAW in both instances, however, his 1.14 rating from 2024 dropping to 1.01 and 1.02 during his two years on international squads.
Shr meanwhile arrives having spent nearly a full year without playing a HLTV-recorded official following his benching by Imperial in August 2025, a team he represented for barely a month.
The moves ensure there will be plenty of reunions in RBLS, as the new five will have all played with their teammates at various points earlier in their careers.
