HEROIC have announced the departure of Simon "yxngstxr" Boije from the organization to set off on a "new journey."
The Swede joined HEROIC in 2025 and fulfilled a plethora of roles on the team, including returning from the bench at the start of 2026 following Alimzhan "Alkaren" Bitimbay's visa issues to fulfill the AWP role.
As the team's sniper, he helped HEROIC qualify for Stage 1 of the IEM Cologne Major and averaged a 1.00 rating across the season before he stepped down from the roster during the organization's summer rebuild.
Since moving to the inactive roster, he stood in for EYEBALLERS BLAST Bounty 2026 Season 2 and turned out for the Raccoons mix-team across several online competitions.
