For so long, PARIVISION were a team of rookies under the tutelage of Dastan "dastan" Akbayev and Dzhami "Jame" Ali. It was a route that brought them success, at Bounty Season 1 earlier this year, but also frustration as the young players failed to keep up with the demands of the leadership team.
Now, the PARIVISION we see at Pro League is a much more conventional lineup. But this was not dastan's intention.
In August, he said that "if we have HObbit, me, Jame and FL1T in one team, it might be too hard" to keep up with the firepower demands in tier one. But now, that's the exact lineup.

After Vyacheslav "slaxejezzz" Vinokurov failed to adapt to tier one quickly enough, however, dastan felt like he had to make the move. "With slaxejezzz, I didn't feel that we have team chemistry," he explains.
"I didn't feel that we are one team. And when we bring HObbit, his experience, we don't need to teach him, and now it's time to perform."
And so far, so good. After a close win over VRS number two Legacy, with an overtime win on the decider, PARIVISION are in a comfortable spot with a 95% chance of making the Major.
Listen to the interview here.
Okay. First of all, congratulations. I know they don't have arT, but that's still the number two VRS team. That's a lot of points for you. How do you feel after that win?
I feel nice. After [latto's] clutch, 1v3, I felt very hard inside. It's nice that we managed to win. Generally, we are a new team, FL1T and HObbit playing together, and we need these kinds of games to feel each other in pressure moments.
Was it concerning to lose Dust2? I think FL1T said on broadcast that HObbit got here late or something. Was that part of it?
I don't think so. We just lost two pistols, MR12. They played better.
What I can say about HObbit, he had a wedding. He comes just after wedding. He came later [yesterday]. But it's nice that he's experienced, and he played good. I was a bit worried watching his plane, when he will come, because if he will not play, I will play. But I don't want it.
And I feel nice. This tournament feels different because it feels like Katowice, and Katowice with good weather, and environment is very nice. It's not like a usual Pro League. It's important because Major cutoff is soon.
I looked at it before. I think playoffs here would give you guys, you're pretty much at the Major if you get playoffs here. Is that adding to the importance of this event?
I think we feel it, but right now in the team we don't talk about VRS and what we can get. We're just trying to win as much as we can. Of course, I think everyone feels inside that every game is important. But it's life. We have three tournaments, and we just need to find our good game and feel each other.
And I wanted to ask about the move as well because I was looking at your last interview with us, and I think you said maybe it wouldn't be ideal to have all of HObbit, FL1T, Jame and you because of so much experience with the team. Can you tell me, what's the thinking? Why has that changed?
Because with the team with slaxejezzz, I didn't feel that we have team chemistry. I don't feel that we are one team. And when we bring HObbit, his experience, we don't need to teach him, and now it's time to perform.
Of course, when we try to pick slaxejezzz, we're trying to find not like a new donk, but like a new good player who can help us in firepower. But I think slaxejezzz had a good future. He will have his own team in his own generation.
And right now we choose to play with HObbit, but I still talk with slaxejezzz. Maybe next generation team will be around him. And I also think about nota, BELCHONOKK, and always think about how they play and thinking about what they can bring in future.

And you mentioned firepower. Is the goal of this team to set up FL1T and xiELO as the star riflers? So that makes it really important for xiELO to step up now, do you think?
Yes, yes, yes. I agree. And xiELO plays a lot of important roles. Sometimes FL1T takes this, and they need to feel each other. And of course, xiELO needs to, in our team, xiELO needs to perform better. The three old school guys and two younger. But generally, yes.
But everyone can play good, and I hope, I only think in this team only about individual level, and if they will be consistent in shooting, it will be good.
So what's HObbit and FL1T's status with the meta and everything? Do you think they're already caught up?
About HObbit and FL1T, it's nice when we play old school maps because they had a lot of experience. In the new maps, we have some issues, like how we see the game, et cetera. But old school maps, like Dust2, what else we play now? Maybe even Cache because HObbit played. And structure-wise, for Jame it's easier.
They just need to find form. HObbit, FL1T in CSGO, they were really good players. I think they need to adapt their strafes and shooting a bit, maybe train more and hope they will shoot harder. That's all what I need from them.
And are you hoping now that, because we've had a few roster changes in a row now, is this the long-term roster now? Is that the goal for stability and everything?
I can't say from which time, for which time we will play together, but I try to play with HObbit to bring one more trophy for him because he's already not young, and I hope he can show that he can perform at the old age.
And he's pretty, he likes sport, and in soul, he's still young. And I don't think [about] what will be in future. We will just play, and when results will show what we will do next time.
